I had a wonderful stay at La Escondida Hostal. the hotel is peaceful, and its location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. the massive rooms are spacious and equipped with reliable hot water. It's just a short 5-minute walk to the stunning Plaza 5 de Mayo and the bus station. If you're looking for a cozy spot for tea or coffee, the Darwin is conveniently nearby.

quiet hotel, stunning location away in the back alley and amicable staff. the single room with a '' double '' bed. nice variety of toast, cereal, and cheese for breakfast. location really close to the nearby market.

The hotel was placed in the super central location near the main square. The staff was helpful and always greeted us.

I loved staying at this hostel in the center of town! The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore all the buzzing attractions nearby. The courtyard was a beautiful and peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were simple but nice, providing a comfortable stay. The staff, especially the lady in charge of breakfast, were helpful and always had a smile. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hostel.

The breakfast was good and there were a lot of options. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was great, near many attractions and restaurants.

The bathroom was dirty and the sheets on the bed were stained. The noise from outside made it difficult to sleep.

Had a blast playing billiards in the garden, pretending to be a pro. So close to the main square, I could practically roll out of bed and be there. The concierge service was a true life-saver, like having a personal assistant.

Surprise! No concierge actually does anything.
